Today, he works with leaders and teams to shape strategy, build organizational readiness, and apply AI to measurable business priorities.
Before founding Realize More, Ukit founded and led Minted Images, a digital agency focused on performance marketing and ROI-driven digital strategy across multiple industries. He also founded My Digital Partner, a training academy that has continuously developed digital marketing capability among executives and entrepreneurs. He later became Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of RealSmart Public Company Limited, a company specializing in big data management and AI transformation solutions.
